Responsibilities
· Review product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria before testing.
· Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and checklists for web applications and APIs.
· Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
· Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs through resolution.
· Validate features across development, staging, and production environments.
· Test critical user flows, including authentication, profile management, and financial transactions.
· Test APIs by validating requests, responses, status codes, and error handling.
· Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Design teams to resolve quality issues.
· Verify existing functionality after updates and before new releases.
· Document test results, report quality risks, and contribute to QA process improvements.
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing or Software QA.
· Strong understanding of test cases, test plans, and bug life cycles.
· Hands-on experience testing web applications and administrative dashboards.
· Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
· Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
· Experience testing APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
· Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL fundamentals.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to identify edge cases.
· Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software release processes.
· Familiarity with AI tools for test design and documentation.
