Responsibilities
· Design modern, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
· Translate product requirements and user needs into effective user flows.
· Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, interviews, and usability testing.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
· Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
· Design complex user flows, edge cases, and interaction states.
· Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
· Prepare design specifications and documentation for development handoff.
· Conduct Design QA to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
· Analyze product data and feedback to continuously improve user experience.
Requirements
· 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
· Advanced proficiency in Figma and its design features.
· Strong understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.
· Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
· Proven experience building and maintaining design systems.
· Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design.
· Experience designing complex data-driven dashboards and workflows.
· Understanding of accessibility and WCAG design principles.
· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
· Experience using AI tools in research and design workflows.
