Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and improve Machine Learning models based on business needs.
· Manage the full ML lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and retraining.
· Perform feature engineering and prepare high-quality datasets for model development.
· Conduct statistical analysis, experiment design, and hypothesis testing for business problems.
· Evaluate model performance and ensure accuracy, stability, and reliability in production.
· Design and maintain Data and ML pipelines using Python, PostgreSQL, and Airflow.
· Deploy and manage ML models and related services in production environments.
· Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for optimization and retraining.
· Translate business problems into practical and data-driven Machine Learning solutions.
· Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable Data Science solutions.
Requirements
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
· Advanced proficiency in Python and practical Machine Learning model development.
· Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
· Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills with experience handling complex datasets.
· Hands-on experience with Docker, Airflow, and orchestration tools.
· Experience designing and maintaining Data and ML pipelines.
· Proven experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production.
· Strong understanding of model evaluation, validation, and performance optimization.
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
· Experience in FinTech is considered a strong advantage.
