Responsibilities

·        Lead the end-to-end implementation of business and operational initiatives, from planning through deployment and stabilization.

·        Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements in alignment with business objectives.

·        Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, finance, technology, and other relevant functions.

·        Analyze and redesign business processes using BPM principles to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

·        Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.

·        Facilitate stakeholder alignment, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts throughout the implementation lifecycle.

·        Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to support implementation decisions and measure outcomes.

·        Identify organizational resistance and adoption barriers and develop practical actions to support successful change and implementation.

·        Establish and track implementation KPIs, ensuring that expected business benefits and operational improvements are achieved.

·        Prepare implementation reports, management updates, and recommendations for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.



Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in implementation, project management, business transformation, process improvement, or a related role.

·        Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), process analysis, and process modeling.

·        Demonstrated ability to analyze financial, operational, and business performance data and translate findings into actionable decisions.

·        Strong project planning and execution skills, including experience with timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.

·        Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

·        Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage cross-functional implementation teams.

·        Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and managing resistance to new processes or ways of working.

·        Understanding of supply chain, distribution, or operational processes, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

·        Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
