Responsibilities
· Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business and operational problems.
· Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
· Design and implement data pipelines for collecting, processing, and transforming data.
· Build predictive models and evaluate their performance using appropriate statistical methods.
· Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions for relevant business use cases.
· Experiment with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
· Conduct exploratory data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
· Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate models into production systems.
· Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
· Communicate analytical findings and model results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
· Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries.
· Solid knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
· Hands-on experience working with LLMs and generative AI applications.
· Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
· Experience with SQL and working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
· Experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
· Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
· Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and collaborate across teams.
