Responsibilities
· Transform raw data into deep analyses, actionable insights, and usable reports for decision-making.
· Prepare analytical reports on market trends, user behavior, and key performance indicators.
· Design and execute surveys with statistical analysis of results.
· Build management dashboards and interactive data-driven tools.
· Identify stories, patterns, and interesting trends in data and convert them into actionable insights.
· Combine internal data with public data sources to produce more comprehensive analyses.
· Create analytical presentations and visual reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
· Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and report generation.
· Extract operational insights from data to improve decision-making across organizational levels.
· Structure ambiguous problems, translate them into measurable questions, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Requirements
· Proven experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, or data analysis.
· Strong analytical skills to structure complex problems and extract insights from large datasets.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with zero tolerance for errors in numbers and reports.
· Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive projects from start to finish without constant supervision.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality outputs within tight deadlines.
· Strong data storytelling skills to present complex analyses simply and clearly for non-technical audiences.
· Experience preparing analytical reports, executive presentations, or publishing public analyses.
· Familiarity with data analysis and AI tools with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
· Intellectual curiosity and high motivation to understand problems deeply and stay updated on industry trends.
