Responsibilities
· Lead the development backlog of the Operational Excellence team and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
· Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
· Draft clear user stories and acceptance criteria with comprehensive documentation for engineering teams.
· Plan, track, and manage the full lifecycle of development requests from analysis through final deployment.
· Coordinate continuously across technical, product, and operational teams to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation of operational activities.
· Prioritize development requests in collaboration with planning and analytics teams.
· Participate in release planning and monitor deployment readiness for upcoming changes.
· Conduct or coordinate UAT processes and follow up on issue resolution after deployment.
· Prepare management reports, tracking dashboards, and project status analyses.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or Operational Excellence roles.
· Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
· Proven ability to manage backlogs and gather requirements effectively.
· Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
· Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvement solutions.
· Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
· Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with CRM and workflow management systems is a plus.
· Knowledge of API integration, data flow, process automation, and release management is preferred.
