Responsibilities
· Manage the complete import process from order placement to customs clearance.
· Oversee order registration, currency allocation, and letter of credit or wire transfer issuance.
· Control shipping documents and coordinate with international shipping companies and customs agents.
· Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Manage customs clearance and delivery processes.
· Control and monitor total import landed costs.
· Manage legal, currency, and operational risks associated with imports.
· Communicate and negotiate with foreign suppliers.
· Develop supply plans based on sales forecasts and translate forecasts into ordering plans.
· Coordinate with sales, finance, and after-sales service teams.
Requirements
· Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or import roles.
· Proven management experience in commercial or supply chain functions.
· Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
· Complete mastery of Incoterms, EPL, and the Iran Integrated Trade System.
· Complete mastery of international payment methods.
· Thorough knowledge of customs procedures and Iranian import-export regulations.
· Strong understanding of international shipping principles and related documentation.
· Advanced international negotiation skills with cross-cultural communication abilities.
· Strategic thinking with ability to analyze global markets.
