Responsibilities
· Define and drive the overall technology strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
· Lead the design and execution of the product lifecycle from ideation through scalable launch.
· Oversee all technical areas including software development, infrastructure, security, and operations.
· Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams with a culture of excellence.
· Establish and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and architecture.
· Ensure system architecture is scalable, reliable, and secure for current and future growth.
· Collaborate with C-level executives to align technology investments with business priorities.
· Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
· Manage technology budget, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and cost optimization.
· Serve as the primary technical spokesperson to investors, board members, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a founding member of a successful startup in high-growth environments.
· Experience in the fintech industry is mandatory with knowledge of financial systems and regulations.
· Proven ability to design and execute the early-stage product lifecycle from MVP to product-market fit.
· Strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business goals and translating to business value.
· Minimum 10 years of technology leadership experience with 5+ years in senior or C-level roles.
· Deep technical expertise across software architecture, cloud, data, security, and development practices.
· Excellent strategic thinking to anticipate technology trends and business implications.
· Strong leadership and people management to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with investors, board, and cross-functional leaders.
· Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure, make decisive calls, and drive execution with limited information.
