Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase domestic market share.
· Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to achieve established targets.
· Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key hospital and laboratory clients.
· Manage and optimize the entire sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
· Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports and analytics to senior management.
· Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the medical sector.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for strategic adjustments.
· Represent the company at specialized exhibitions and industry events.
· Drive succession planning and talent development within the sales organization.
Requirements
· Proven experience in the medical equipment and laboratory industry.
· Demonstrated experience in sales team management, development, and empowerment.
· Strong skills in succession planning and talent development.
· Complete familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes and methodologies.
· Proficiency in data analysis, performance review, and sales reporting.
· Willingness to travel frequently and participate in specialized exhibitions.
· Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for market share growth.
· Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate the sales force.
· Excellent relationship management skills with key hospital and laboratory stakeholders.
