Responsibilities
· Prepare production planning documentation including OPC, FPC, BOM, and work instructions.
· Conduct time and capacity studies for all products and generate detailed reports.
· Receive and review customer orders from the sales team for production feasibility.
· Coordinate with product engineering to assess manufacturability and technical requirements.
· Determine raw material needs based on product BOM and production orders.
· Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on orders and capacity.
· Monitor raw material intake, inventory levels, and distribution to production lines.
· Track production execution and report progress and deviations from the schedule.
· Identify resource and time bottlenecks and prepare resource requirement reports.
· Analyze production methods and propose process optimization and waste reduction solutions.
Requirements
· Full mastery of time study and capacity planning methodologies.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
· Deep understanding of production processes and key performance indicators.
· Ability to prepare OPC, FPC, BOM, and production workflow documentation.
· Experience in preparing periodic production and inventory status reports.
· Capability to collect and record planning data accurately and systematically.
· Knowledge of raw material requirements planning based on product structures.
· Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory optimization techniques.
· Strong analytical skills for identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
