Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end evaluation of investment opportunities using DCF, comparable analysis, and precedent transactions.
· Prepare detailed feasibility studies and business plans assessing market potential and financial viability.
· Design financial models and contractual frameworks aligned with the company's risk-return profile.
· Analyze financial statements to identify key metrics, risk factors, and value drivers for investment decisions.
· Monitor capital markets trends to provide timely market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
· Synthesize complex data into clear executive reports and presentations for the CEO and board.
· Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO with data-driven insights on high-stakes decisions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, investors, partners, and advisors.
· Lead or support special strategic projects from ideation through execution with minimal oversight.
· Continuously expand knowledge of emerging industries and investment verticals to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
· Proven experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or strategy roles with a track record of executing opportunities.
· Strong expertise in valuation methodologies including DCF, comparable analysis, and precedent transactions.
· Demonstrated capability in writing feasibility studies and business plans with financial projections and risk assessment.
· Proficiency in designing financial models and contractual structures for investment projects.
· Deep familiarity with capital markets including equity, debt, and alternative investment instruments.
· Advanced ability to analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
· Exceptional reporting and presentation skills for C-level and board-level communication.
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
· Superior analytical and data interpretation capabilities with large datasets and trend identification.
· Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and rapid learning ability to stay updated on industry trends.
