Responsibilities

·        Supervise the implementation of internal regulations, policies, and operational guidelines.

·        Continuously monitor workplace discipline, orderliness, grooming standards, and behavioral compliance.

·        Participate in reviewing, updating, and executing internal processes and procedures.

·        Develop and institutionalize organizational culture and company values.

·        Manage and follow up on administrative affairs related to human resources and internal communications.

·        Organize company programs, events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.

·        Monitor and resolve cross-departmental challenges and foster constructive team interactions.

·        Identify employee concerns and issues and propose appropriate solutions to management.

·        Follow up on the execution of organizational decisions and ensure their effectiveness.

·        Maintain continuous coordination with various departments to ensure organizational alignment and productivity.

 

Requirements

·        Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal management, administration, or human resources.

·        Good knowledge of labor law, administrative regulations, and employee relations principles.

·        Proficiency in organizational culture development and internal communications.

·        Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

·        Ability to balance a supportive approach with maintaining organizational authority.

·        Strong follow-through mindset and high sense of responsibility.

·        Ability to interact effectively with managers and staff at all organizational levels.

·        Strong skills in planning, executing, and monitoring processes.

·        Outgoing, energetic, and influential personality with professional presence.
