Responsibilities
· Identify and validate primary sales channels for market entry and growth.
· Recruit, onboard, and activate Community Leaders as key sales channels.
· Establish and manage collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and community groups.
· Design and implement sales processes through community-based channel partners.
· Build a sustainable lead generation pipeline through new distribution channels.
· Establish and structure the sales team from the ground up with clear roles.
· Develop and manage sales KPIs to track channel and team performance.
· Network with small businesses and organizations to expand market reach.
· Represent the company at events and convert connections into sales opportunities.
· Manage ongoing relationships with business partners and drive partnership growth.
Requirements
· Proven experience in selling financial products or fintech services.
· Background in B2C sales and direct-to-consumer distribution models.
· Ability to build a sales channel from scratch and develop new markets.
· Experience recruiting and managing Community Leaders as distribution channels.
· Track record of collaborating with influencers, bloggers, and community networks.
· Strong networking skills with small businesses and local organizations.
· Experience attending events and converting leads into sales opportunities.
· Strong negotiation skills and deal-closing capabilities.
· Familiarity with Referral, Affiliate, or MLM business models.
· Experience in launching and developing CRM and sales process frameworks.
