Responsibilities

·        Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap for the organization.

·        Align all technology initiatives with overall business objectives and growth plans.

·        Act as a strategic technology partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.

·        Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the entire platform infrastructure.

·        Oversee all architecture decisions and manage infrastructure costs effectively.

·        Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams across backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA.

·        Establish and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

·        Collaborate closely with product and business teams to drive innovation and new features.

·        Oversee data architecture, analytics capabilities, and enable data-driven decision making.

·        Ensure system security, data protection, compliance standards, and disaster recovery plans.

 

Requirements

·        8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with progressive responsibility.

·        At least 3 to 5 years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles.

·        Strong background in scalable web architectures including microservices and APIs.

·        Deep understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies and management.

·        Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes.

·        Proven experience scaling high-traffic platforms with millions of users or transactions.

·        Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure management.

·        Experience with team leadership, organizational design, budgeting, and cost control.

·        Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
