Responsibilities

·        Manage and coordinate the CEO's daily calendar, scheduling and prioritizing meetings and appointments.

·        Organize internal and external meetings and track follow-ups on action items to completion.

·        Handle all official correspondence, emails, phone calls, and organizational communications.

·        Prepare executive summaries, meeting minutes, and concise information reports.

·        Liaise with clients, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders as required.

·        Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.

·        Arrange end-to-end travel logistics including visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.

·        Accompany the CEO on business trips, meetings, and key events when necessary.

·        Oversee daily scheduling including commute planning and personal appointments.

·        Support personal lifestyle management including meal coordination, health routines, and professional-personal balance.

 

Requirements

·        Proven experience in executive assistance or senior-level administrative support.

·        Solid understanding of business operations and corporate management practices.

·        Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Strong capability in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation.

·        Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

·        Professional demeanor with polished appearance and presentation.

·        High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.

·        Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
