Responsibilities
· Lead the mobile engineering team and define technical direction for mobile development.
· Architect, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance React Native applications.
· Integrate payment service providers and secure payment flows into mobile apps.
· Manage end-to-end in-app purchase implementations and transaction handling.
· Oversee app publishing, release management, and store compliance for both platforms.
· Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Mentor and coach mobile engineers to foster technical and professional growth.
· Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
· Ensure mobile applications meet security standards for financial transactions.
· Monitor app performance and implement optimizations for reliability and speed.
Requirements
· Expert-level proficiency in React Native and TypeScript for mobile development.
· Strong experience with mobile application architecture and scalable app design.
· Deep fintech background with hands-on payment service provider integration experience.
· Proven experience with in-app purchases and secure mobile transaction handling.
· Demonstrated success publishing and maintaining apps on Apple App Store and Google Play.
· Solid understanding of store compliance requirements and release management processes.
· Proven leadership experience as a Chapter Lead or Technical Lead guiding engineering teams.
· Experience establishing and enforcing engineering best practices and coding standards.
· Strong mentoring skills with ability to develop junior and senior mobile engineers.
· Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with product and design stakeholders.
