Responsibilities
· Transform problems into real MVPs in the shortest possible time.
· Define product direction rather than just managing a roadmap.
· Make decisive choices about what not to build.
· Work hands-on writing PRDs and product specifications.
· Design simple and executable UX flows even without a dedicated designer.
· Conduct testing and validation of product assumptions with real users.
· Actively use AI tools for prototyping, writing specs, and data analysis.
· Collaborate closely with engineers to build end-to-end solutions rapidly.
· Align team members without relying on heavy processes or rigid structures.
· Learn quickly from market feedback, user behavior, and data, and pivot when necessary.
Requirements
· Proven experience in building products from 0 to 1 or rapid iteration.
· Ability to design simple UX flows without a designer.
· Sufficient technical understanding to build with a small team.
· Practical experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
· Data-driven decision-making ability.
· True builder mentality hands-on, not just management.
· Extreme ownership of outcomes.
· Speed over perfection mindset.
· Strong product sense to identify what matters.
· Comfort with high ambiguity and no rigid structure.
