Responsibilities
· Lead the full recruitment cycle with a strong focus on speed in filling critical roles.
· Provide strategic HR advisory to C-level executives on organizational structure and workforce planning.
· Design and implement performance management systems using proven HR methodologies.
· Lead, mentor, and manage the direct HR team while overseeing daily operations.
· Manage the end-to-end employee journey from onboarding to exit and improve key touchpoints.
· Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to drive operational improvements and productivity.
· Lead organizational change management initiatives with a focus on smooth execution.
· Design and update compensation and benefits policies to retain top talent.
· Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
· Graduated from a reputable, top-tier university.
· Deep knowledge of core HR methodologies including competency modeling and succession planning.
· Strong execution capability with a hands-on approach to implementing strategy.
· Proven experience in regular interaction and advisory with C-level executives.
· High speed in talent acquisition with a track record of filling positions quickly.
· Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (strongly preferred).
· Proven experience in directly leading and managing an HR team.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience with at least 3 years at managerial level.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
