Responsibilities
· Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve workflow continuity.
· Propose and implement continuous process improvement recommendations.
· Identify root causes of failures and operational gaps in company processes.
· Support daily executive operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
· Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional tasks and departmental actions.
· Prepare and consolidate management reports and executive summaries.
· Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
· Assist in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
· Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Manage and organize executive meetings, agendas, and action items.
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.
· Relevant work experience in companies active in the automotive industry.
· Familiarity with the automotive industry structure and operations.
· Practical proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools and their daily implementation.
· Advanced proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel and Power BI.
· Systematic thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
· Excellent verbal communication and formal business writing skills.
· Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with mid-level and senior managers.
