Responsibilities

·        Using analytical and management tools to make data-driven decisions across all marketing activities.

·        Designing annual and seasonal marketing strategies by defining key objectives (OKRs/KPIs) and managing budgets with a focus on return on investment.

·        Executing two-sided marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B) across both online and offline channels.

·        Running online advertising campaigns across various digital channels with a performance-driven approach.

·        Optimizing conversion rates throughout the entire sales funnel and continuously improving conversion rates at every stage.

·        Managing all branding-related aspects, including brand positioning, identity, and message consistency across channels.

·        Developing and executing a comprehensive campaign calendar with a 360-degree view of sales and campaigns.

·        Conducting high-level negotiations for strategic partnerships and media buying while managing advertising agencies.

·        Directly managing relationships with marketing and media agencies to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

·        Managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing efficiency and return on investment.

 

Requirements

·        7+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing and offline marketing.

·        Having at least 3 years of supervisory experience with direct management of a marketing team.

·        Having full mastery of digital channels, including performance-driven online advertising platforms and retail media.

·        Being proficient in analytical and management tools such as web analytics, management dashboards, and campaign management tools.

·        Having the ability to develop and execute a campaign calendar with a 360-degree view of sales and marketing campaigns.

·        Having deep understanding of the sales funnel and conversion rate optimization techniques across different customer journeys.

·        Having experience in high-level negotiations for strategic partnerships, media buying, and managing advertising agencies.

·        Demonstrating data analysis ability, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and resilience under work pressure.

·        Possessing leadership skills, time management, effective communication, and strong negotiation power for team and cross-departmental coordination.
