We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Intern for Mirana.
Annual Package: Negotiable
Responsibilities
· Assist the Talent Partnership team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
· Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
· Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
· Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative strategies for attracting diverse talent.
· Provide support in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
· Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment experience.
· Conduct interviews and assist Talent Partners during the process.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus point
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and team members.
· Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sharp analytical skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
