Responsibilities

·        Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive long-term growth.

·        Building and maintaining high-impact relationships with key partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders across industries.

·        Developing and executing the overall business development strategy to increase revenue, market share, and competitive positioning.

·        Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations leadership to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.

·        Leading the preparation and delivery of high-level presentations, proposals, and business reports for internal executives and external partners.

·        Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

·        Designing and implementing revenue models and market expansion strategies tailored to new and existing markets.

·        Overseeing the negotiation and management of major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.

·        Driving sales forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven reporting using CRM and analytical tools.

·        Directing key account management efforts and ensuring alignment with partner and supplier management frameworks.

Requirements

·        Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

·        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding strategic and revenue targets in previous roles.

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for high-stakes engagements.

·        Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.

·        Expertise in business development principles, growth strategy formulation, and strategic thinking.

·        Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms.

·        In-depth knowledge of market, competitor, and customer analysis methodologies.

·        Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, branding, and key account management best practices.

·        Professional-level presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective networks and relationships across stakeholders.
