Responsibilities
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to web applications and network infrastructure.
· Trace and debug application errors by analyzing logs and system behavior.
· Write and execute SQL queries to investigate data-related issues and verify system integrity.
· Manage and maintain Windows OS servers including IIS configuration, service monitoring, and log analysis.
· Implement security hardening measures to protect systems against vulnerabilities.
· Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations in clear reports.
· Communicate effectively with end-users to understand problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
· Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical incidents.
· Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
· Continuously learn new technologies and tools to improve support efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
· Familiarity with web concepts and networking fundamentals.
· Knowledge of programming logic and ability to trace and debug code.
· Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting databases.
· Familiarity with Windows OS Server administration including IIS, Logs, Services, and Server Management.
· Understanding of security hardening principles and practices.
· Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
· Time management and stress management capabilities in high-pressure situations.
· Ability to understand problems quickly and provide effective solutions.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
· Proficiency in reading and understanding specialized English technical texts.
· Familiarity with the Iranian stock market and capital investment is considered a plus.
