Responsibilities
· Developing and executing the financial strategy with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
· Consolidating all financial reports, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across multiple entities and ventures.
· Aligning financial operations of all entities and ventures with the organization's strategic and financial goals, including budgets, financial KPIs, revenue models, and profitability targets.
· Managing full accounting, financial reporting, annual budgeting, and financial forecasting.
· Overseeing cash flow, treasury management, and optimization of financial resources.
· Conducting financial due diligence for new projects, investments, and M&A opportunities.
· Designing and implementing internal control systems, financial risk management, and ensuring legal compliance.
· Collaborating closely with the New Business team on financial modeling for new projects.
· Working with the Strategy team to convert strategic scenarios into numbers and financial models.
· Developing and strengthening the finance team.
Requirements
· +10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as CFO, or Financial Director in a multi-entity or mid-to-large scale organization.
· Strong and proven experience in consolidating financial reports and aligning finances across multiple entities and ventures.
· Full mastery of Iranian accounting standards and consolidated reporting.
· High proficiency in financial modeling, FP&A, and liquidity management.
· Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
· Experience in fintech is a significant plus.
· Ability to lead a finance team and create a culture of accuracy and financial discipline.
· Managing relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
· Preparing clear and integrated financial reports for the CEO, board of directors, and shareholders.
