Responsibilities
· Work directly with customers and stakeholders to provide vital insights into the healthcare market.
· Analyze complex healthcare datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
· Translate business needs into structured analytical approaches and data-driven recommendations.
· Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and analysis.
· Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various audiences.
· Utilize Excel effectively for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
· Prepare and deliver presentations that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Partner with cross-functional, international teams to understand business priorities.
· Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of healthcare-related data in line with industry regulations.
· Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the healthcare sector.
· Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
· Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report creation.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
· Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
· Strong interpersonal skills with experience in international and cross-functional environments.
· Ability to translate business needs into structured analytical approaches.
· Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance regulations is a plus.
