Responsibilities

·        Identify, engage, and onboard strategic vendors and technology partners.

·        Lead negotiations and manage end-to-end vendor acquisition processes.

·        Drive partner engagement and ensure long-term collaboration and performance.

·        Manage ongoing vendor relationships and monitor partner performance metrics.

·        Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams on partner integration.

·        Develop and execute business development strategies for fintech partnerships.

·        Analyze market trends and identify new partnership opportunities in fintech.

·        Ensure seamless integration of partner solutions with internal product ecosystems.

·        Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal policies.

·        Drive revenue growth through effective partner and vendor management.

 

Requirements

·        Proven experience in vendor acquisition and partnership development.

·        Strong background in business development within fintech or financial services.

·        Solid understanding of fintech products and digital payment ecosystems.

·        Experience managing partner engagement and driving performance outcomes.

·        Strong ability to negotiate contracts and onboard strategic technology partners.

·        Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·        Effective communication skills across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

·        Deep understanding of partner integration processes and digital financial services.

·        Ability to work effectively with legal and compliance teams on partnership agreements.

·        Strong strategic thinking and business development mindset for growth.
