Responsibilities
· Develop, continuously update, and oversee the execution of the long-term comprehensive strategy for the group and all its subsidiaries.
· Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and monitoring of global and local trends in fintech and the gold industry.
· Produce actionable insights and develop multiple strategic scenarios for the CEO and the executive team.
· Provide continuous and regular strategic input to the New Business team, including opportunity identification, project prioritization, and risk analysis.
· Lead and manage a high-performing team of Data Analysts and Market Intelligence professionals.
· Evaluate growth opportunities, including entry into new markets or exit from non-strategic business areas.
· Deliver clear, practical, and actionable strategic reports to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
· Ensure the ongoing strategic feeding of the executive team with relevant data, insights, and recommendations for daily decision-making.
· Assess potential partnerships, M&A targets, or organic growth initiatives aligned with the group’s long-term vision.
Requirements
· +8 years of substantial experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategy Consulting, or a similar role within a large holding company or corporation.
· Proven track record in management consulting (preferably at a top-tier firm) or as a Chief Strategy Officer.
· Deep strategic thinking with strong creativity and the ability to see the big picture clearly.
· Excellent skill in converting complex data and market intelligence into actionable business decisions.
· Strong hands-on experience in both Brand Strategy and Market Intelligence functions.
· Demonstrated ability to lead an analytical team and deliver professional presentations to C-level executives and board members.
· Fluency in English to effectively track and analyze global trends and international market developments.
· Proven ability to prioritize projects and allocate resources based on strategic value and risk assessment.
· Strong understanding of fintech, including regulatory and competitive landscapes.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to act as a bridge between strategy formulation and execution teams.
