Responsibilities
· Leading the design and execution of new business projects from ideation to full launch in fintech and related financial services.
· Managing project financing, financial modeling, and overseeing capital allocation across initiatives.
· Establishing and strengthening Business Analytics and Business Performance Analytics units for precise performance monitoring.
· Creating reporting systems, KPIs, and strong accountability mechanisms for subsidiaries within the holding.
· Regularly receiving strategic insights from the Strategy team and converting them into actionable, fast-moving execution plans.
· Conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and managing project-level risks.
· Providing regular, transparent reports on progress, challenges, and financial outcomes to the CEO and board of directors.
· Leading cross-functional execution teams to ensure timely delivery of business plans and milestones.
· Driving accountability and performance follow-ups across all reporting units and subsidiaries.
· Ensuring alignment of execution plans with overall corporate strategy and financial targets.
Requirements
· +8 years of practical experience in Business Development, Execution, or Investment within a holding, fintech, or large corporation.
· Proven track record of successfully launching at least one new business or business line from scratch.
· Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and project management.
· Executive personality with high discipline, strong follow-through, and team management capability.
· Prior experience in creating accountability across subsidiary companies is a strong plus.
· Good familiarity with fintech or Iran's capital markets.
· Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
· Experience in setting up performance monitoring systems and KPIs from ground up.
· Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
