Responsibilities

·        Collaborating with business managers to turn commercial goals into actionable marketing plans.

·        Maintaining ongoing communication with HQ marketing teams (SEO, research, branding) and following up on business requests until completion.

·        Planning marketing budget allocation and continuously evaluating ROI with execution teams.

·        Managing incoming requests and coordinating between business units and marketing teams for flawless campaign execution.

·        Reviewing reports from marketing fields, analyzing market data, and providing data-driven feedback and consultation.

·        Acting as the business unit’s representative in central marketing and resolving conflicts between market needs and team capabilities.

·        Monitoring market trends and competitors to proactively adjust marketing strategies.

·        Leading collaboration between product, sales, and customer service to ensure consistent brand messaging.

·        Overseeing campaigns from concept to execution and post-campaign analysis.

·        Defining KPIs for marketing activities and regularly reporting results to leadership and stakeholders.

 

Requirements

·        Deep marketing knowledge across digital marketing, branding, market research, PR, product marketing, and customer experience.

·        5 to 8 years of successful marketing experience with a proven track record in managerial roles.

·        Systematic thinking, strong problem-solving, and sound decision-making under complex or crisis conditions.

·        Strong financial skills in budget planning, ROI analysis, and resource allocation across multiple projects.

·        Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization software.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

·        Leadership abilities including team motivation, conflict resolution, and talent development in a matrix organization.
