Responsibilities

·         Lead the development and execution of long-term financial strategies to support rapid scaling, market expansion.

·        Direct all aspects of financial management, including corporate finance, treasury, tax planning, and risk management specific to Iran's e-commerce landscape.

·        Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, and department heads, to communicate financial insights and strategies.

·        Evaluate M&A opportunities, partnership models, and new business verticals, conducting thorough financial due diligence and ROI modeling.

·        Manage capital structure and fundraising efforts, including negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and potential private investors.

·        Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

·        Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.

·        Monitor industry trends and economic factors that may impact the business, adjusting financial strategies accordingly.

·        Ensure effective cash flow management to support operational needs and strategic investments.

 

Requirements

·        Minimum 8-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar senior role in e-commerce, retail tech, or logistics.

·        Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis (FPA), budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including investors and board members.

·        Proven track record in managing fast-growing, high-transaction-volume businesses with complex revenue streams

·        Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

·        Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing finance teams.

·        A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
