Responsibilities
· Analyze performance-related data across all business functions.
· Go beyond numerical analysis to conduct deep exploratory data reviews.
· Apply business acumen to uncover trends and actionable insights.
· Engage actively with business operations to provide ongoing data support.
· Generate regular and ad-hoc insights to drive decision making.
· Translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
· Build dashboards and reports for tracking key performance metrics.
· Identify data gaps and propose improvements in data collection.
· Present analytical findings using storytelling techniques for impact.
Requirements
· Strong experience in analyzing business performance data.
· Ability to look beyond numbers and perform qualitative data assessments.
· Proven business sense with the ability to generate actionable insights.
· Demonstrated proactivity in identifying data-driven opportunities.
· Skilled in data storytelling to communicate findings effectively.
· Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
· Hands-on experience with Metabase for dashboarding and reporting.
· Self-starter mindset with ownership of analytical projects.
· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to business context.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions through data.
