Responsibilities
· Build, organize, train, and supervise the sales team members.
· Design call processes and customer communication structures, modifying as needed.
· Define sales KPIs when required and create systems to achieve them.
· Report on, implement, and update the CRM system regularly.
· Collaborate and communicate with the marketing team.
· Lead and supervise daily sales operations and team performance.
· Analyze customer behavior and personality to tailor sales approaches.
· Drive execution of sales strategies with a hands-on operational mindset.
· Optimize the technical sales process for efficiency and conversion.
· Ensure accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting.
Requirements
