Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share across online sales channels.
· Lead negotiations and establish strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
· Own the end-to-end commercial P&L for the e-commerce business, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
· Analyze customer purchasing behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance data to identify commercial opportunities.
· Design and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discount structures without eroding long-term profitability.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align commercial initiatives with inventory and fulfillment capabilities.
· Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and promotional activity to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
· Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic vendor performance reviews to ensure service level agreements are met.
· Drive customer lifetime value and average order value through bundling, upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
· Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements for marketplace integrations, payment gateways, and third-party logistics.
Requirements
· Minimum five years of commercial management experience in e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer digital businesses.
· Proven track record in vendor negotiation, supplier management, and procurement within an online retail environment.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions.
· Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and cost optimization.
· Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, product, and finance teams in a fast-paced setting.
· Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and retention metrics.
· Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with both local and international suppliers.
· Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability, not just activity.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
