Responsibilities

·        Identify and attract large B2B and B2G customers, including corporations and government organizations.

·        Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and organizational buyers.

·        Manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation and deal structuring to signing and execution.

·        Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, legal, product, and CX) to ensure successful deal implementation.

·        Design and propose corporate packages and organizational offerings.

·        Plan and host meetings, presentations, and negotiation sessions with potential clients and partners.

·        Build and expand a professional network with senior managers, C-level executives, and organizational stakeholders.

·        Drive sustainable, recurring revenue growth through long-term partnerships rather than one-off deals.

·        Leverage B2G sales experience to navigate government procurement cycles and compliance requirements.

·        Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

 

 

Requirements

·        Minimum 4–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.

·        Proven track record in B2G sales (selling to government organizations and public sector entities).

·        Strong background in sustainable, long-term sales (relationship-driven).

·        Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting → negotiation → contracting → closing.

·        Strong negotiation and professional communication skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

·        Excellent follow-up and persistence to move deals forward through long sales cycles.

·        Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships beyond the initial sale.

·        Strong networking skills to connect with decision-makers and influencers in large organizations and government entities.

·        Experience working in or with startup environments.

·        Result-oriented and persistent mindset with a genuine passion for growing businesses.

·        Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills for both C-level and technical audiences.
