Responsibilities

·        Develop and execute the overall people strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.

·        Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet current and future organizational needs.

·        Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and results.

·        Oversee compensation, benefits, and equity programs to ensure market competitiveness.

·        Build leadership development and succession planning pipelines for critical roles.

·        Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives across the organization.

·        Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

·        Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to foster a fair workplace.

·        Partner with the executive team on organizational design and change management.

·        Manage HR analytics, metrics, and reporting for data-driven decision making.

 

Requirements

·        Significant experience designing executive compensation and total package design for leadership teams.

·        A proven track record of building and sustaining a high-performance and ownership culture across an organization.

·        Deep organization development capability to lead structural change and team effectiveness initiatives.

·        Experience implementing scalable people development frameworks that support career growth and internal mobility.

·        A demonstrated track record of success in fintech, startups, or other high-growth, regulated environments.

·        Strong working knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

·        Proven ability to lead HR functions in fast-paced, high-growth, or frequently changing business conditions.

·        A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using people analytics and workforce metrics to guide decisions.
