Responsibilities
· Own and drive the user acquisition strategy across all digital channels.
· Lead creative and performance marketing efforts to acquire high-quality users at scalable unit economics.
· Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team including performance marketers, content creators, and social media specialists.
· Collaborate closely with product and data teams to optimize conversion funnels from first touch to activation.
· Develop a strong brand presence across social media platforms.
· Analyze campaign data and user behavior to continuously improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
· Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, or market expansions.
· Report directly to the CEO on acquisition metrics, marketing ROI, and growth forecasts.
· Stay ahead of FinTech marketing trends, platform changes, and regulatory considerations in user acquisition.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a CMO or VP of Marketing in a FinTech or high-growth startup environment, with at least two previous CMO roles.
· Deep expertise in user acquisition with a track record of scaling users from zero to significant volume .
· Graduate of a top-tier university (locally or internationally recognized for academic excellence).
· Previous work experience specifically in FinTech and startup environments – not in traditional or industrial companies.
· Experience working with large scale (millions of users, significant marketing budgets, or rapid growth phases).
· Data-driven mindset with mastery of marketing analytics, attribution models, and optimization.
· Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with product, data, and engineering teams.
· Highly creative, hands-on when needed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.
