Responsibilities
· Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations and identify and implement process
· Warehouse Oversight: Manage warehouse operations, focusing on inventory control, order fulfilment, and storage optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
· Fleet Management: Manage fleet operations, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Collaboration: Work closely with Finance Sales and procurement, Technical, and logistics teams to understand their needs and align procurement activities with organizational goals and to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.
· Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
· Proven experience (at least 7 years) in Supply chain management.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
· Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and relationship management.
· Experienced in leading a multinational team in Warehouse or Trading-based environment Proven Track Record in Planning & Inventory Management
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
