Responsibilities

·        Prepare accurate Proforma Invoices under the company name by coordinating closely with suppliers and verifying technical and commercial details.

·        Coordinate all Import License (IML) activities related to Proforma Invoices, including technical specifications, ordering processes, and required legislative payments.

·        Ensure full compliance of import processes with applicable regulations, including the latest Iran Customs Law and related import legislation.

·        Execute end-to-end customs clearance activities, including shipment tracking, document preparation, submission, and follow-up in alignment with company policies and procedures.

·        Monitor updates from NSO and AEO authorities and inform management about new customs regulations, enforcement policies, and changes affecting import procedures.

·        Obtain MIMT order registration and manage currency allocation permissions according to company operational requirements.

·        Coordinate with the finance team to complete currency allocation processes through CBI and NTSW systems and ensure compliance with company purchasing formalities.

·        Track shipment dispatch, customs entry at port, airport, or land borders, and arrange transportation of goods to the company warehouse.

·        Determine accurate HS codes for inbound shipments and collaborate with agents and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

·        Manage customs declaration processes, including SATA codes, duty payments, CRA customs assessments, and required permissions, and provide regular performance reports on logistics operations, vendor SLAs, agent performance, and process efficiency.

 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Commerce, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably with telecom products.

·        Experience in the telecom industry and familiarity with CRA customs clearance processes is highly preferred.

·        Adequate English language skills for handling shipping documents and international correspondence.

·        Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, and related legislative requirements.

·        Familiarity with shipping documentation required for customs clearance and banking activities.

·        Basic data processing and reporting skills using standard office software tools.

·        General understanding of supply chain management and project management processes.

·        Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams, agents, and government authorities.

·        Strong learning ability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic regulatory environment.
