Responsibilities
· Lead the digital marketing team by defining clear strategies, setting priorities, and providing practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Manage and optimize acquisition channels, including large-scale Google Ads campaigns, ensuring efficient budget utilization and measurable growth.
· Oversee SEO strategy across all business lines, guide the SEO team with actionable solutions, and ensure sustainable organic growth.
· Manage retention strategies through ECRM platforms such as WebEngage, analyzing user behavior and providing data-driven optimization plans.
· Monitor and analyze performance marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Management systems, and internal ad networks, translating insights into actionable improvements.
· Allocate and control a significant marketing budget responsibly, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making and performance accountability.
· Provide structured feedback and performance direction to outsourced social media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives.
· Analyze campaign and funnel performance using quantitative metrics, clearly communicating insights and recommendations based on data.
· Collaborate closely with product, sales, and other internal teams to align acquisition and retention efforts with overall company strategy.
· Drive continuous, stable growth through disciplined execution, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining high operational standards rather than experimental or inconsistent approaches.
Requirements
· Minimum one year of experience in OTA companies with a solid understanding of the online travel business model.
· Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing high-budget Google Ads campaigns at large scale.
· Strong expertise in SEO, with the ability to understand technical and content aspects and provide clear strategic direction.
· Practical experience in ECRM platforms such as WebEngage, with the ability to analyze user data and optimize retention campaigns.
· Solid knowledge of performance marketing tools, including Google Analytics, tag management systems, and digital advertising platforms.
· Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to team members and external agencies.
· Proactive, execution-focused, and results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to understand the logic behind digital marketing tasks and make data-backed decisions while confidently communicating with numbers.
