Responsibilities

·        Design, document, and continuously improve organizational processes to enhance operational efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

·        Define, set, and monitor KPIs across departments, ensuring performance tracking is aligned with business goals and growth plans.

·        Develop and maintain structured growth planning frameworks, including forecasting, target setting, and performance evaluation mechanisms.

·        Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze trends to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

·        Lead analytical projects to diagnose operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

·        Analyze customer engagement metrics and lifecycle data to improve retention, satisfaction, and overall customer experience.

·        Review and optimize Customer Success team KPIs and targets, ensuring continuous maturation and alignment with company strategy.

·        Manage process improvement projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation and institutionalization of defined processes and performance frameworks.

·        Utilize data analytics tools, including SQL and CRM systems, to extract insights, support decision-making, and promote a data-driven culture.

 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Business Management, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 5–6 years of professional experience in process management, business analysis, or related roles.

·        Strong experience in defining KPIs, performance monitoring, and organizational performance management frameworks.

·        Demonstrated experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Solid analytical skills with the ability to lead diagnostic and problem-solving projects.

·        Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis and strong proficiency in SQL.

·        Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to analyze customer and sales data effectively.

·        Proven project management experience, particularly in process improvement or transformation initiatives.

·        Leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

·        Strong problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
