Responsibilities
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams to expand market presence.
· Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to support long-term collaboration.
· Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at increasing sales, profitability, and market share.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
· Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with company capabilities and objectives.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
· Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
· Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure and post-deal relationship management.
· Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Experience in developing and executing strategic growth plans.
· Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Leadership capabilities with experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
