Responsibilities

·        Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across all operational units.

·        Analyze end-to-end operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities.

·        Design, optimize, and standardize workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice process improvement methodologies.

·        Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and quality guidelines.

·        Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with operational leaders.

·        Manage and deliver cross-functional improvement projects aligned with business strategy and operational goals.

·        Conduct root-cause analysis for operational issues and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

·        Collaborate with data and technology teams to automate processes and enhance scalability and reliability of operations.

·        Track cost-related performance metrics and recommend initiatives to improve cost efficiency and productivity.

·        Support operations teams by embedding a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

 

Requirements

·        At least 4 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role.

·        Proven managerial or team leadership experience in operations-driven environments.

·        Strong knowledge of business process modeling standards, including BPMN2.

·        Hands-on experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Bizagi or similar platforms.

·        Advanced analytical skills with experience working on KPIs, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.

·        Working knowledge of SQL for querying operational data and Python for analysis or automation.

·        Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.

·        Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform structured root-cause analysis.

·        Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·        Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams.
