Responsibilities

·        Lead and direct the organization toward sustainable profitability, market growth, and operational excellence.

·        Define and execute the overall strategic direction of the company in alignment with long-term objectives.

·        Establish and reinforce a culture of discipline, transparency, accountability, and professional conduct.

·        Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cash flow, and key performance indicators.

·        Develop and strengthen management capabilities and decision-making systems across the organization.

·        Ensure the implementation of structured planning, production, sales, and business development processes.

·        Improve operational efficiency and productivity through effective systems, controls, and performance monitoring.

·        Manage organizational risks and make timely, data-driven decisions in dynamic market conditions.

·        Ensure transparent reporting and clear communication with shareholders, board members, and key stakeholders.

·        Align organizational resources, leadership teams, and priorities to deliver measurable results.

 

Requirements

·        Minimum of 10 years of senior executive leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing organizations.

·        Proven experience leading multi-functional operations including production, sales, finance, and human resources.

·        Strong understanding of operational, financial, and business models in complex organizational environments.

·        Demonstrated success in improving profitability, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

·        Solid knowledge of corporate governance, financial management, cost control, and budgeting.

·        Ability to design and implement performance management systems such as KPIs, OKRs, or Balanced Scorecard.

·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, build professional management structures, and drive alignment.

·        High capability in strategic thinking, structured planning, and aligning goals with available resources.

·        Excellent decision-making ability based on data, analysis, and practical business judgment.

·        High personal integrity, resilience, accountability, professional confidence, and strong ethical standards.
