Responsibilities

·        Lead the company’s financial strategy to support sustainable growth and profitability.

·        Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.

·        Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

·        Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support business operations and expansion.

·        Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.

·        Oversee risk management, internal controls, and compliance, particularly within fintech regulatory frameworks.

·        Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

·        Guide fundraising activities, including equity, debt, and strategic partnerships.

·        Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.

·        Drive financial process improvements and system enhancements to support scalability.

 

Requirements

·        Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.

·        Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

·        Deep understanding of fintech regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.

·        Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and board-level reporting.

·        Solid background in accounting standards, financial controls, and audit processes.

·        Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

·        Excellent leadership skills with experience building and managing finance teams.

·        Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
