Responsibilities
· Own the full P&L of the business line, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability targets.
· Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the product or service line in alignment with company goals.
· Lead contract negotiations with enterprise partners, financial institutions, and third-party vendors.
· Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams (product, legal, compliance, marketing, finance) and external partners.
· Oversee daily operations of the business line, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven decisions.
· Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team including product managers, analysts, and operations staff.
· Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and unit economics.
· Identify new market opportunities and business models to expand the line’s reach and revenue.
· Report directly to C-level leadership on financial performance, operational risks, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
· Proven experience in fintech, including knowledge of payments, digital lending, or banking-as-a-service.
· Previous P&L ownership with measurable impact on revenue and cost control.
· Experience negotiating and managing large-scale, high-value contracts with enterprise clients or financial partners.
· Has worked in a startup or high-growth environment, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
· Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance commercial, legal, and operational priorities.
· Excellent stakeholder management across internal and external parties at all levels.
· Demonstrated team management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
· Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in fintech.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to drive decisions.
