Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within target industrial markets.
· Conduct customer needs assessments and propose appropriate commercial and technical solutions.
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to negotiation and deal closure.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term cooperation.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
· Follow up on receivables and support the collection process to ensure timely payments.
· Maintain updated knowledge of company products, including general technical understanding of filters and related industrial applications.
· Achieve assigned sales targets while independently managing client accounts and daily sales activities
Requirements
· Up to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies.
· Familiarity with organizational purchasing processes and corporate buying behavior.
· Experience in needs analysis and presenting solution-based sales approaches.
· Basic technical knowledge related to filters or similar industrial products.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently with strong self-management and decision-making capabilities.
· Experience handling receivables and coordinating payment follow-ups.
· Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
