Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement computer vision algorithms focused on Full HD image enhancement and sharpness improvement.

·        Design lightweight and efficient image processing algorithms suitable for real-time execution on embedded systems.

·        Prototype and validate algorithms in MATLAB before transferring them to FPGA implementation.

·        Collaborate with electronics and hardware engineers to integrate image acquisition, processing, and output modules.

·        Optimize algorithms for real-time performance in image and video processing applications.

·        Work on FPGA-based acceleration of computer vision algorithms using Verilog, VHDL, or C.

·        Process and analyze raw image and video data from camera sensors, ensuring accurate color and quality correction.

·        Contribute to system design involving FPGA, GPU, and microcontroller components for end-to-end image processing.

·        Evaluate algorithm performance and accuracy under various lighting and image conditions.

·        Document workflows, test results, and algorithm specifications for reproducibility and long-term maintenance.

 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

·        At least 5 years of experience in computer vision, image processing, or related embedded vision domains.

·        Strong experience with PyTorch and OpenCV for developing and training vision algorithms.

·        Hands-on experience in real-time image and video processing system design and optimization.

·        Familiarity with FPGA-based algorithm implementation using Verilog, VHDL, or high-level synthesis tools.

·        Proficiency with MATLAB for modeling, simulation, and performance testing of vision algorithms.

·        Strong understanding of digital image processing concepts including filtering, enhancement, and color correction.

·        Ability to implement and optimize algorithms for hardware-level execution with resource and latency constraints.

·        Experience working with camera sensors, color pipelines, and video data acquisition.

·        Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills for both algorithmic and hardware integration challenges.
