Responsibilities

·        Supervise and manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, shipping, and foreign exchange commitment processes.

·        Oversee commercial sales processes related to international markets, ensuring compliance with company policies and target achievement.

·        Conduct market research and business development activities in Iraq, Afghanistan, and GCC countries to identify growth opportunities.

·        Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing strategies to increase their purchase volume.

·        Identify and acquire new international customers through active outreach, networking, and market analysis.

·        Lead negotiations with clients, distributors, and partners to secure profitable contracts and long-term cooperation.

·        Monitor and follow up on receivables from international clients to ensure timely collection of payments.

·        Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

·        Participate in and organize international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote products and expand market presence.

·        Track export performance metrics and provide regular reports to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and commercial activities.

 

Requirements

·        Minimum of 5–6 years of export experience, particularly in target markets such as Iraq, Afghanistan, and GCC countries.

·        Strong knowledge of export procedures from initiation to completion, including customs documentation and foreign exchange regulations.

·        Familiarity with trade laws and regulations in target countries.

·        Experience in industries related to plastic injection, packaging, or polymer products is preferred.

·        Proven experience in international sales, customer acquisition, and account management.

·        Demonstrated negotiation skills with a strong follow-up and result-oriented mindset.

·        Experience in organizing or participating in international exhibitions and trade shows.

·        Good understanding of transportation, logistics coordination, and shipping documentation.

·        Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages with the ability to communicate effectively.
