Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
· Manage a team of 25 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
· Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals.
· Prepare and present reports to the deputy CEO on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
· Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
· Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and innovation.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a similar industry.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
· Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive informed decision-making.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results-oriented outcomes.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
· Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
· A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
